PURÉE WITH WILD GARLIC
In Grevena Greece, wild garlic is also called “bear fruit” because local legend says the bears eat it to get energy. This wild “fruit” is indeed packed with nutrients; Harvested in the spring, dehydrated and mixed with dehydrated potatoes to create a unique potato puree with a robust flavor profile. Each package yields 6 servings. Just add 1 liter of milk, a little salt and butter.
For a dairy free version (as a vegan or fasting solution) milk can be substituted with water.
